The Midstates Consortium for Math and Science is now accepting applications for its upcoming Biological Sciences and Psychology Undergraduate Research Symposium, which will be held at the University of Chicago on November 13 and 14, 2026.
The symposium features high quality undergraduate research presentations selected via a competitive application process. The majority of attendees are undergraduate researchers, with the rest being faculty from schools within the consortium (WashU, University of Chicago, Lawrence University, and Beloit, Carthage, Colorado, Grinnell, Gustavus Adolphus, Hope, Knox, Macalester and St. Olaf colleges). For accepted attendees, the consortium will cover travel costs, the conference fee and meals.
